You are investing in the Investor’s Club, which will own 2% of the IP manufacturing company responsible for producing components. You will also be given first right of refusal and discounted shares in the funding round of the Generation Company 

While the Club and ESCE cannot guarantee returns on your investment, our financial modeling indicates the IP and generation company’s potential profitability:

• For the IP with 2.5 Gw installed and 17,000 units, the Revenue is estimated at $4.6 billion. and a IRR >18%

• In the case of the generation company with a 2 Gw upgrade and an annual generation capacity of 28,160,000 MWhr, the GM stands at $1.7 billion. and a IRR> 30% 

Considering the Eswatini project alone, your $200 investment has the potential to yield:

• IP: Approximately $52,000 from the installation of 17,000 units.

• For the Generation funding round, we intend offering 10% preferential shares for $26 m investment with a yearly dividend of $120,000,000.00 once all the 17000 units are operational which is expected to take 5-6 years

As an early-stage seed funding round investor, your options include selling the shares back to the club at fair market value determined by an internationally recognized financial auditor, canceling your club membership within one month of registration and you will receive your investment back less bank transfer costs 

No, your investment or donation is separate from unit purchases. Investment dollars are for equity via SAFE Notes, while donations don’t provide stock ownership. Please note that initially we do not intend to sell units but have an IPP business model inwhich we only sell electricity.  Even if you have a home unit, we will sell you electricity that you use or sell into the grid 

Yes, international investors are welcome. You can make e-payments via our Join Club page. using Stripe or Paypal

Please note we do not sell units but do install systems on client premisses and charge them for the electricity, for the freestanding 600 kWhr/yr unit, availability is expected by January 2025. For larger systems, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, including an environmental impact assessment, are required. There is a fee for this service

The freestanding unit is 9 x 10 kVA = 90 kVA 3 phase, while commercial systems have a 4 x 90 kVA 3 phase multiplied by the number in series and are installed in 5-meter intervals. some of the generated power is used within the system. 

GIH turbines are not affected by environmental conditions. Anti-freeze may be added in freezing temperatures, and control panels are weatherproof. 

All technologies have merits, but GIH offers advantages such as lower LOCE, higher availability, and a smaller environmental footprint. and produces electricity 24/7 requiring no batteries for storage. There is a comparison of these technologies on this web site.

Yes, with modifications, GIH can work in rivers with fast-flowing sections, making it suitable for remote areas. 

GIH is a closed-loop system, so fish cannot enter, and it has no external components that can harm birds, unlike wind turbines. 

Yes, GIH turbines are designed to be installed in series, with a spacing of 5 meters. The 90 kVA home unit is free-standing and installed on a concrete platform (16m2) all units have independent hybrid invertors allowing for on/off grid connections. The home unit can be ordered with a EV Charger (3 cars can be charged at 40 Kw ) We will be offering a Hydrogen production model next year that will produce 2 Kg per day.
